Terms & Conditions – Sam van Megen

Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by Sam van Megen (voice-over work and related services). By commissioning work, you agree to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rates and Payment

• Rates are provided upon request and confirmed in writing before work begins.

• Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.

• Late payments may result in additional charges.

Delivery and Revisions

• Standard delivery time is agreed upon before the project starts.

• One round of minor revisions (e.g., pacing, emphasis) is included free of charge.

• Substantial script changes or additional takes may be subject to extra costs.

Usage Rights

• Audio files are licensed for the specific usage agreed upon (e.g., internal use, online, broadcast).

• Any additional or extended usage requires a new agreement.

• All rights remain with the artist until full payment is received.

Cancellations

• If a project is cancelled before recording, no fee will be charged.

• If cancelled after recording has begun, a partial fee may apply depending on the work already completed.

Liability

• While I deliver professional quality audio, I am not liable for indirect damages, delays, or third-party misuse of the recordings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
